Atlanta Amphibial Park

What we really liked most about the Botanical Gardens in Atlanta were the cool frogs. I think we took more pictures of frogs than we did of plants. I think they should call it the Atlanta Amphibial Park.

Atlanta Botanical Gardens

I recently returned from a trip to Atlanta. On my first day there, I toured the Atlanta Botanical Gardens with my brother, Michael. Talk about a lot of cool plants!

My favorite plants were the ones with broad leaves with bold patterns. (Of course I don't remember their names. I've never been great at remembering names.)

This is ex-siding!

Here is the before and "after" for my house's new siding. Actually, I think the real siding will look better than my drawing.

You can see that the side of the house is shaped really weird, and the brown wood siding has got to go. It took a little while to figure out a design that would make the side of the house look quasi-normal. Hopefully it doesn't look too cool for the rest of the neighborhood, right? It will cost about $6000 to put new siding on the house, but I think it will be easier to sell with new siding.

What do you think?

Welcome

It seems my younger brothers have started blogs, so I figured it is high time I joined the club. Afterall, my life is interesting enough.

I thought about calling my blog "backblog", but I'm sure that blog name is already taken.

I promise to include a lot more pictures, audio, and maybe even video links in the future. Try to keep is interesting, right?

Todays piece of interest comes from an older single adult bishop in Arizona. Click on the following link to see a clear-cut look at what single-adult life in the LDS Church is like.

(If you wondered, I classify myself as a 3, but sometimes I visit stage 1 and 2.)

I hope you are all having a great summer.
